What a dissapointment...

Yeah, its only $.99, but it honestly doesnt work. I usually dont write reviews, but this is just a warning.

I live in upstate NY, and its 13 degrees out, and i was really looking forward to putting this in my glove for the long drive home from work.

Do yourself a favor & dont waste the money...
